Driving Force Claim (DFC) WinSCP Configuration

The following information describes how to configure WinSCP so it can be used to transmit files from TireMaster to the claims processor for the Bridgestone Driving Force program.
To configure WinSCP for the Bridgestone Driving Force Claim (DFC) Interface

1.

Open the WinSCP from the TireMaster directory. |

Type the following information for each field: |
transfers.itagroup.com for Host name
asatire for User name
fy9utD.15 for Password
|
4.

Click Save. The Save session as site screen opens. |
|
5.
|
Select Save password (not recommended), and click OK. |
|
6.
|
Click Login. A warning appears. |
|
7.
|
Click Yes. The WinSCP screen opens. |
|
8.
|
To update the root directory, double-click Import Files. |
|
9.
|
Click  to close the screen. Then click OK. Import Files will be saved as the root directory for Driving Force files. |
