Release Notes - TireMaster 9.4.2

The option to use the prices from the original invoice is now available when you reuse invoices to create new quotes or work orders. To maintain pricing from the source invoice, select the new Use Original Prices checkbox. To use current prices instead, leave the checkbox alone.

The following corrections have been implemented for the reusing invoices:

Line items on the newly-created quote or work order are now listed in the same order as the lines on the original invoice.

The original invoice can be successfully duplicated when a customer does not have a vehicle and in instances when no vehicle is selected.

The total balance calculation for real-time statements has been corrected to properly handle the following scenarios:

The customer's account includes credits

The date when a real-time statement is generated is also the date when one or more of the customer's invoices are due.

Errors are no longer generated in the following scenarios:

When users attempt to find and reprint deleted work orders.

When users add or edit employee passwords at stores in replicating environments.

This patch also corrects an issue that prevented users from logging in to TireMaster. The problem originated in a database table for managing user site assignments.
