Release Notes - TireMaster 9.4.7
The following information describes program changes for TireMaster 9.4.7.
Integrations

The 1stMile payment processing integration supports credit card surcharging now. When surcharging is enabled, 1stMile manages the surcharge rate and provides TireMaster with that data so surcharges can be calculated for pending and completed sales. Surcharge amounts are available on screen and printed work orders and invoices.
Point of Sale

The Estimate Builder is a simplified alternative to Quote and Estimate Writer. With the Estimate Builder, you can consolidate all recommended service information to a single panel instead of using the legacy two-panel layout for separating tires from the parts and labor for services. The Estimate Builder also provides you with the flexibility to create your own sections and organize the items listed in the sections.

You can add a price level reminder message to your point of sale workflow. When the new system control Customer - Update Price Level (Other tab) is enabled, TireMaster asks if you want to update the customer's price level to match the level just applied to an item on the customer's work order. To offer the special price and assign the price level to the customer's profile, click Yes. To offer the special price and leave the customer's profile as is, click No.
PO system

Because of refinements to the PO System's Find Doc screen, now you can search for documents with the following criteria:
Invoice numbers, which can help you find receiving documents with outside purchase items sold to customers
Reference numbers entered on purchase orders, receiving documents, and the Option Cost screen
System-generated purchase order, receiving document, and vendor invoice numbers
Tracking numbers
Invoice number searches are limited to receiving documents and historical vendor invoices. Likewise, tracking number searches are only for purchase orders. In previous versions, the document search was limited to reference numbers and system-generated document numbers.

A field listing customer invoice numbers has been added to the Receiving Documents screen. You can refer to the new Invoice field to see if items on receiving documents were obtained via outside purchases before being sold to customers. The Invoice field is present only on receiving documents created at point of sale.

In multi-store environments, users at the corporate site are now able to open and look at receiving documents created at other sites. Because of this change, the Edit button on the Receiving Documents screen has been renamed Edit/View.
