Looking Up Customer and Vendor Names

One of the most common tasks performed in TireMaster is looking up the names of customers and vendors. The fields available on the Name/Lookup Entry screen for customer searches differ slightly from those that are available for vendor lookups .

When the Name Lookup/Entry screen appears, do one of the following:

To look up one customer or vendor, type all or part of the name and click OK.
For a list of all customers or vendors, leave the Enter Name field blank and click OK.

When generating several reports, you can look up a range of customers or vendors with the Customer Range screen.

To find a range of customers or vendors, do the following:

For a range, click 1 Lookup and type the beginning customer or vendor’s name on the Name Lookup/Entry screen. Then click 2 Lookup and type the ending customer or vendor’s name on the Name Lookup/Entry screen.
For all customers or vendors, leave the Beginning Customer and Ending Customer fields blank and click OK.
