Deleting an Inventory Category

If there is no transaction history associated with an inventory category, it can be deleted. To remove a category from TireMaster, select the category you want to delete on the Inventory Category/Group List, click Delete, and click Yes when the confirmation message appears.

Note: If there is a category that you once used but no longer need, you can inactivate it instead. For more information, see Inactivating an Inventory Category.
