Canceling an Appointment

If a customer cancels an appointment, you can delete it from the Appointment List.

Note:       If an appointment has already been turned into a work order, the work order is not deleted.

To delete an appointment

1.       If the Open Work Order List isn’t open, click Invoicing.

2.       Click Schedule. The Appointment List appears.

3.       Select the appointment that has been canceled and click Delete. A confirmation message appears.

4.       To delete the appointment, click Yes.

5.       Close the Appointment List.
