Deleting a Reconciliation Code

If a reconciliation code has never been used, it can be deleted. If a reconciliation code has transaction history, you can inactivate it instead. For more information, see Inactivating a Reconciliation Code.

To delete a reconciliation code, open the Nat’l/Recon Codes/Credits screen. Then select the code you want to remove, and click Delete.
