Creating Financial Statement Settings
You can create and save a variety of report settings for the income statement and balance sheet.
To create your own financial statement settings
1. Select Reports from the General Ledger menu. The Report List appears with the GL tab selected.
2. Select one of the following and click Launch:

Balance Sheet
-
Income Statement
The Report Options screen appears.
3. Click New.
4. Type a name for the setting and click OK.
5. Select or clear the report-setting check boxes as needed.
6. Click Save. The following message appears: “This will update the current settings for this selection. Do you want to continue?”
7. Click Yes. The name of the new setting is displayed in the Current Selection field.
Note: If you want to use the new setting as the default setting, click Open. Then select the new setting and click Default.
Warning: If you click Reset in the Memorized Selections screen, the original settings for the income statement and balance sheet will replace the default setting that you’ve specified.
8. Continue generating the report as usual.
