Inactivating Financial Statement Settings

If you want to exclude a report setting from the list of memorized settings, you can inactivate it.

To inactivate a report setting

1.       Select Reports from the General Ledger menu. The Report List appears with the GL tab selected.

2.       Select one of the following and click Launch:

  • Balance Sheet

  • Income Statement

The Report Options screen appears.

3.       Click Open. The Memorized Selections screen appears.

4.       Click the setting that you want to make inactive and click Inactivate.

Note:       Once you inactivate a setting, it cannot be activated again. To view settings that are no longer active, clear the Active check box. If you want to use one of the inactive settings for generating a report, select its name and click Select.

5.       Close the Memorized Selections screen.
