Report Overrides
If you try to print a report that is not assigned to your security group, TireMaster displays the following warning:
“Report Access Denied”
“Sorry, you do not have security permission to access this particular report. Please see your system administrator to gain access.”
To generate the report, you need to have a manager or another user who is assigned the report override the lock.
Note: Any user who is assigned the report in question can override the lock. This override lasts until the report is printed.
To override a report security lock
1. In the TireMaster Security Message screen, click Override. The Security Override Verification screen appears.
2. Type the user ID for an employee who is assigned the report.
3. Type the password for the employee who is assigned the report.
4. Click OK.
