Adding a Commercial Vehicle
The manner in which commercial vehicles are added to a customer’s record is similar to that for adding retail vehicles.
To add a commercial vehicle
1. Look up the customer start a work order or a quote. For more information, see Looking Up a Customer, Starting Work Orders, or Creating Single Item Quotes.
2. Do one of the following:

If the Customer Maintenance screen is open, click the Vehicle tab. Then select Commercial.

If the Vehicle List is open, select Commercial.
3. Click Add. The Commercial Vehicle screen appears.
4. Click Choose. The Standard Vehicle Selection screen appears.
5. Select the vehicle year, make, type, and application. Then click OK.
Note: If the vehicle isn’t on the list, you can click Cancel and type the vehicle information on the Retail Vehicle screen.
6. Type the vehicle’s license plate, VIN, and unit numbers if needed.
7. To save the new vehicle, click OK.
