Designed to work together, TireMaster and Activant ShopCat can help you boost sales, increase profits, and improve customer satisfaction. With just a few clicks, you can find the parts and labor you need, and add them to a work order directly from your TireMaster invoicing screen.

You can add precious minutes to your workday with TireMaster's interface to Bridgestone's Automated Delivery Receipt System (ADRS). Now you can submit electronic claims for sales to national accounts, government agencies, and other customers who have purchasing agreements. By being prompted to request the proper information at the counter, you can reduce rejected claims.

The link between TireMaster and Bridgestone's ADRS also makes it possible to automatically reconcile the credits you receive for these sales. Along with increasing efficiency, the TireMaster-Bridgestone link can boost the accuracy of your books. Electronic claim submission and credit reconciliation limit the need for manual data entry, reducing the potential for errors.

With the Mitchell Interface, you can import labor and O.E. parts information from the Mitchell 1® OnDemand5™ and Snap-On® ShopKey5™ labor guides into TireMaster.

Using Mitchell 1® OnDemand5™ with TireMaster helps you streamline your estimates and point-of-sale processes. PenSoft Payroll Plus is an easy-to-use application that's integrated with TireMaster. With PenSoft, you can track wages, deductions, income tax, and attendance in-house. Eliminating the need for an outside payroll service isn't the only way it saves you money; PenSoft's direct-deposit options help you avoid costly check printing fees. You can also use PenSoft to generate paychecks, tax forms, and W-2s.

Besides having the tools to maintain payroll records, current state and federal payroll information is also readily available. The makers of PenSoft distribute updated tax tables and filing requirements directly to you throughout the year.

Because PenSoft is integrated with TireMaster, you won't be saddled with manual data entry. You can electronically transfer the latest payroll entries from PenSoft to TireMaster to update both the general ledger and check register automatically.

With the Accounting Interface for QuickBooks®, you can cut the number of manual journal entries your bookkeeper needs to make. This utility scans TireMaster POS for a day's sales, accounts-receivable, and inventory-receiving data. Then it generates a batch of entries that can be exported to QuickBooks. With the interface, TireMaster entries are displayed in a list and can be verified before they're exported to QuickBooks.

Paying vendors is easier too. When entries for inventory receivings post to QuickBooks, bills are created automatically.

In addition to contributing to an efficient workflow, the Accounting Interface prevents bookkeepers from transposing numbers, posting entries to the wrong accounts, and making other errors.

Because Tire Guide Pro Plus is integrated with TireMaster, you can look up O.E. tire sizes independently or directly from your invoicing and quote screens. Once you identify the vehicle, TireMaster searches your inventory for tires of that size, and you can then add an item to your quote or work order.

With Tire Guide Pro Plus, there's no need for a standalone fitment guide, and there's no more fumbling through the pages of a book while your customer is waiting.

Along with standard tire sizes, Tire Guide Pro Plus provides useful information for your staff. It includes plus sizes and specs for wheels, studs, and lug nuts. Vehicle manufacturers' torque and air pressure recommendations, which can be printed on work orders and invoices, are also available.

You no longer need to purchase and maintain outdated credit card terminals and printers, and you'll speed up transactions at the counter. As you complete an invoice, simply swipe your customer's credit card and let TireMaster do the rest. The card type, account number, and customer name are entered into TireMaster instantly.

With X-Charge, you send your customer home with a single receipt and quick approval time; furthermore, you reduce your processing fees, counter-sales time, and auditing work.
