With the Accounting Interface for QuickBooks®, you can cut the number of manual journal entries your bookkeeper needs to make. This utility scans TireMaster POS for a day's sales, accounts-receivable, and inventory-receiving data. Then it generates a batch of entries that can be exported to QuickBooks. With the interface, TireMaster entries are displayed in a list and can be verified before they're exported to QuickBooks.
Paying vendors is easier too. When entries for inventory receivings post to QuickBooks, bills are created automatically.
In addition to contributing to an efficient workflow, the Accounting Interface prevents bookkeepers from transposing numbers, posting entries to the wrong accounts, and making other errors. |
Because Tire Guide Pro Plus is integrated with TireMaster, you can look up O.E. tire sizes independently or directly from your invoicing and quote screens.
