Deleting a Vendor Record

If you created a vendor record that you don’t need, you can delete it. To delete a vendor, look up the name of the vendor whose record you want to delete. Then make sure the General tab of the Vendor Maintenance screen is selected, and click Delete.

Note: Once you’ve purchased products from a vendor, you can no longer delete the vendor’s record. However, you can inactivate the vendor inactive. For more information, see Inactivating a Vendor Record.
