You can use a shortcut to open the job code setup screen. When one or more job codes have been assigned to the Quick Jobs menu, click on one of the buttons .
Point of Sale

You can edit the following information on completed invoices now:
PO Number
Reference Number
Mileage In
Mileage Out
Comments
When invoices are reprinted, the changes will be included on the duplicate copies.

You are no longer limited to beginning invoice reversals from the Open Work Order List. A second invoice reversal method that originates from the Invoice/Document Search screen is now available. This method streamlines the reversal process, because you can use a document or reference number to find the invoice that needs to be reversed. With the existing reversal method, you need to look up the customer and then drill down to the customer's sales history.

TireMaster maintains the parent-child relationship for add-on packages when other items are added to a work order. If an add-on item is selected when you click Add and confirm that you want to insert a new row, TireMaster no longer places new item in between two of the add-ons items.
Research

Two performance improvements for the customer and vendor maintenance screens were added to speed up historical document searches:
You can define when TireMaster begins looking for documents that match your search criteria. When the new system control Active Search - show search button on history (Other tab) is enabled, you need to type your search criteria and then click a button to start the search. Implementing the search button improves retrieval speeds, because the criteria is defined before the search begins. When the control is disabled, there is no search button. In this scenario, searches restart as each letter or number of the search criteria is typed.
You can define how many documents are displayed on the screen. Two existing controls for limiting the number of documents on a screen grid apply to the customer and vendor maintenance Ledger/History tabs now.
Workload Management

The new system control Scheduler Delete After # Days - Nightly Process (Other tab) defines how long expired appointments remain in the Scheduler before being deleted by a nightly process. This control helps to ensure that inventory items allocated to appointments are moved back to available stock in a timely manner when customers are no shows.
