Customer Recon Codes

The Customer Recon Codes screen appears in the following scenarios:

When you’re setting up or updating customer records for national account or government support customers. For more information, see Add a National Account Customer or Add a Government Support Customer.

When starting a work order for a national account or a government support customer. In this scenario, select the reconciliation code that you want to use for the sale and click OK.

At point of sale, when you’ve selected the wrong reconciliation code for a work order. For more information, see Change a Work Order’s Reconciliation Code.
